Low rent, bad management.

The apartments are a good size with lots of closet space. The rent is a lot lesser compared to other apartment complexes in Waltham.
Laundry facility available but, save your clothes!
Security deposit not required.
I dont have very many kind words for the management. Sufficed to say, if something needs attention, dont expect help right away.
