Not bad, management nice but slow. Apts old!

Overall, the management is pretty nice. They are reasonable about rent prices. But, the apartments have sucky plumbing (my toilet flushes whenever someone else flushes theirs!), and are very old. The carpets are dingy and the appliances are from the 1960's. (The dryer burns your clothes!) And there is NO guest parking, which stinks! But, they keep the complex reasonable clean, the shrubbery is well-maintained, and as I mentioned, the management is easy to deal with. They just take forever to get something done!
Overall, I would recommend Drew Management.
