Want to live with roaches and bedbugs' 1000 Lexington is the place to be.
This was not a bad place to live until the bugs invaded it. I finally moved out because of the bugs. Could not take it any longer.
1000 Lexington is infested with roaches and bedbugs. Yes, bed bugs. The blood suckers that live in your bed and suck the blood at night.

Hi there....first off, bed bugs are brought in by YOU, the TENANTS! I'm the manager here, and had one case of bed bugs brought in by a sloppy, messy tenant, and I immediately took care of the situation at my expense, which was considerable. And I immediately spray for any other insects when the tenants inform me. Most of the time, no one says a word, because they don't want me to see how dirty their housekeeping habits are. Please get your facts straight next time...
