Elderly and disabled living at it's worst.

The F.C.L.M. must be THE worst place in the U.S. to retire. The reidents live in worry and fear of the mean-spirited management staff who harass and evict tenants merely because they are elderly or disabled. The social worker here writes warning letters to the residents for any minor infraction that she sees through the glass wall of her front lobby office. Residents are brought in front of the incompetent manager for harassment meetings on a regular basis and are thoroughly harassed by other residents and management for any and all behaviors that do not conform to the inhumane social workers narrow world view. In summary, it may look nice on the outside but on the inside there is evil lurking in the Mill.

Since FCLM is federally funded low income housing project by HUD, you should file a complaint with them to investigate. Of course you would need more detailed info with names, dates and specific events to corrobate these allegations which would be taken seriously and investigated.

the complaint that was put on this is quite right. the front door is always breaking down which it is now .the outer door has been broke going on 12 days it doesn't close they leave notes on the door to not to push it in the middle cause it stays open fix the problen don't mickey mouse with it
they don't have any real workers here to fix problems such as plumbing someone comes up and loks at it and says yes we need a plumber while sink oveflows.
there is no loitering out front or back as they call it to go out there on a sunny day. you have to leave the prmise to do that
there lunch there are three in the office that all go to lunch at the same time from twelve to two thiry as the put a picture of a clock on there door i would think they would take diffent lunch times so someone could handle problems as they arise by that time
one person on call all night if something happens and no security at the doors there is no one to let police or ambulance in at night
otherwise i like my apartment but someone should check up in here to see what is really going on

Emergency trucks and ambulances come here at night. The men have never had to pause at the entry. If any emergency happens and the responders know the caller would never be able to release the door then those responders are prepared for that, too.
Note: Office Memos are delivered to our doors frequently. Evening phone numbers are always added to the memo for any problem, any question.
