Nice place to live and raise children

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
 
Playgrounds are available at each complex for the children to use.

Maintenance (landscaping / snow removel) is well done. Indoor maintenance is also done in a timely manner. Heat/hot water is included in the rent. There are laundry hookups in the condo's.

The only problems are parking (awful!) and special expensive airconditioners are required due to the style of windows in the condo's.
