Since day one we have so many problems! We rented a renovated townhouse. The construction is BAD! Cracks in the ceiling, gaps in the door way, the 1st floor is ALWAYS cold. We have also had spider/insect problems, and most of the staff is incompetent. I have had more problems here in 8 months then I did in my old place in 5 years! The walls are THIN! We can hear the people next door clear as day. All in all the price is nice, but I think we hear Archstone in our future. For almost the same money you can get a place at Archstone Bearhill....where the service is excellent.
