Lived in the townhouse area and the parking is Atrocious! If you don't get home before 7:30pm weeknights you don't get a parking spot unless you park illegally. Months ago a letter was sent out stating that parking stickers would be given out and we would be notified. Months later, still no stickers. Also told that they were applying to the city to add more parking lots. Months, later, still a major problem and no added parking spots or lots. Parking in back "overflow" lots -buildings away from your apartment- is scary as there is no lighting behind apartment buildings and you'd be wise to walk around to front.

The construction of new windows and heating systems has been horrendous. All this chaos in your home as it's in total disarray & shambles until the project is finished. Obviously it's going to take well over a year for all these improvements to be completed only to have your rent increased substantially to pay for it all. But in the meantime you've paid rent for a year of disharmony.
