Gardencrest Apartments

If you don't mind hearing everything your neighbors say... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I live in a renovated townhouse & the actual place is very nice, what isn't, hearing the screaming kids next door & the mother screaming at the screaming kids. not so much fun...neighbors on the other side sound like elephants falling up & down the stairs. I can hear everytime they use the water. It's louder than the tv most times. If I have my closet door open & next door does, i can hear them talking, no muffling at all. walls are way too thin! i am moving out in a month & can't wait!!!
