Horrible Place to Live

This used to be a great place to live, until the Home Properties Corporation took over. Quality of life is at an all time low. Maintenance requests are ignored, the insides of the buildings are dirty and the outside landscaping has declined. On top of all this you can hear noise from the apartments all around you. Every time I have had a problem management has shrugged it off and told me that if I don't like it I can move (but still have to pay them the rent owed on the lease). For the money there are A LOT better places you can live in Waltham. In my opinion I would rate it a 2 out of 10.
