The rent is reasonable, my townhouse is big & old(funky electric stove with push-buttons), but it's nice to have a full dry basement for storage & laundry hook-ups. I think the property is cute & parking by my end (by dunkin donuts) is not a problem. Also if you are moving here check the walls in you apartment-mine are cement & I can't hear my neighbors at all. They are just astarting the a/c project in my building, so I'll keep you posted...
