Once Home Properties purchased the property it went to hell. Maintenance requests were ignored completly. We barely lived through the deleading only to come home and find our home destroyed and old paint chips everywhere. We were also notified 3 times that they were coming in to install the ac system. This involved empting our closets and basement as well as moving our living room furniture. They never showed up or informed us that they were not coming. What nerve to disrupt my families lives with such disregard and then don't even bother to show up. When they replaced the windows I came home to an installer sitting at my dining room table drinking from one of my glasses. There was no one from the office with him so he could have robbed us blind. Also, our car was broken into right in the lot. Unfortunetly, I called the office 3 times to report the light was out but it was never repaired. If they had, it may have prevented our loss. This never happened when the Devincents owned the property. What a shame.
