Water, Water, Everywhere

Wow, this place sucks...
The walls, ceilings and floors were covered in a thick layer of sawdust from the "new" hardwood floors when we moved in. Our heat went out on a weekly basis in the winter, the basement flooded, our shower leaks through the ceiling and leaves a pool of water in the kitchen, and our water occassionaly turns green, brown or yellow, and that's when it's even running at all.
The snow removal is atrocious, we couldn't open our doors for two days in the 05 blizzard! The contractors left glass bits and dust all over the house when they put in new windows and central air (which was installed three months ago and never turned on!) They did a horrible job, the central air unit is totally crooked, you can't put a couch next to it, because one end sticks out five inches from the wall because it's so slanted. And our smoke detector fell out of the ceiling when they re-shingled the house.
One of our neighbors even came home and found a pools of blood in their living room and kitchen on the counters and floors after the contractors had installed new windows!
The management is CLUELESS, the roads are full of sink holes, my closet door fell off the hinges, and I feel like I need a tetnus shot from just looking at the metal frame around the window in the shower.
I'd say we live in the projects, but they're better lit and have fewer random kids running around.
