Only if you never need the office...

This place is a roof over your head as long as you don't need the office. It's very hard to talk to a manager, instead you get someone that answers the phone, talks to you, then puts you on hold so they can go ask the manager the question for you. Oh and hope you don't have to ask a 2nd question, because its only a repeat of being put on hold, and the person your talking to is does not have any authority, they are just a mouthpiece. The apartments used to have grounds care daily, but now its only about once a week during the summer months to cuts grass, beyond that things are left untouched for months at a time during Fall leaves) and Winter. Parking is an absolute nightmare, sometimes i would compare it to parking in Boston, a space at night is always a 15min. drive and a 5-10 min. walk. Management has tried to enforce parking rules but it seems that it is done so infrequent that it makes no difference. The apartment themselves are not too bad, they are old and the walls are very thin. They claim for the price it's the best deal in town, but ALL the other places i have looked at much newer so a small difference in price you can find yourself a much better place to live.
