Overall it's a roof over your head, but these apartments are very old and for the price it's not worth it. Real shame since the rent was slightly under market value prior to the complex's sale. It might have been better to stay under to help fill in vacant apartments, which there seems to be and more of. The only thing that seems to get done around here is the accounting. The gorunds are not taken care of, they used to be beatifully done by a in-house crew. maintance jobs are done very well so no one can say slumlord here, maybe just dumblord for the fact nothing is consistant. Parking is a HUGE issue, it always was but not with 10-20 people living illegally in a 2 bedroom apartment, each having their own cars really makes parking that much harder. I think to top it all off there is "known" drug acticvity. As far as noise if you don't mind waking up at 2-3am then you should be fine, with the number of collage students now living here noise levels sometimes continue late into the early morning hours. If that sounds llike your cup of tea then "Come on down!!!!!!!"
