PROJECTS OF WALTHAM From: jazadzoi@gmail.com Date posted: 6/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Two months after we moved in, our car was hit on the rear right side causing over $2500 worth of damage due to the lack of parking spaces. The unit above ours was rented out to a woman that never stayed there; she had sub-rented the unit to three college students who did nothing but play house music all night long. The insulation and noise proofing within the units are HORRIABLE!! You can hear people speaking talk on phones and phones ringing. During the winter, the walk ways were never shoveled and in the summer the grass was always cut and left in the parking lot for days before removed. We heard of two stories from other renters that they had missing items from the apartments after maintenance workers visited their unit. We had written Management 6 different times and walked into the office 3 times regarding issues we had and NOT ONCE did they ever do anything about our requests. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE TO RENT WITHIN 10 MILES OF WALTHAM.
