Gardencrest Apartments

Dont even think about it. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I have lived here for almost a year now, the apartments are ok but sound proofing is very poor. If I am watching a movie or playing some music on lower volume the old lady below me always kept banging on my roof. More over what sucks is they increase rent by 5% every year. I live here only because it is close to work, otherwise there is no incentive living here. I have seen people banging on other's cars on street parking, it is much better toward apartment buildings.
