Really very bad experience

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007
This was my first apartment, I was young and they completely took advantage of that. My boyfriend and I paid the rent which was 1275/mo for 1 bdrm on time every month for a year they never heard anything from us, we didn't even so much as call them to make repairs. The next year when we decided to renew the lease they still insisted that we get people to co-sign the lease, which I thought was ridiculous since we didn't have a problem paying rent and also we had pretty good credit.
The faculty is unhelpful and often time rude with no answers.
The apartment itself sucks, two window in the whole apartment, rugs throughout it was like living in a coffin. The AC started smelling like urine every time we turned it on, so we called them to get it repaired. They turned it on and said there was nothing wrong with it and left. It continued to smell horrible until we couldn't take it and moved out. They would mow the lawn once a week (which I think is overkill)every friday at 7:30 am! which would disrupt my sleep. Then for about two seasons (spring and summer) they stopped mowing completely. They are misorganized and awful.
