I have very bad experience though i lived for 1 yr....
First of all the management team doen't know how to talk with customers..they are very rude...but when you go in the beginning for lease sign they will talk very politely but once you get repairs they change their tone....

They dont fix the repairs at all...example my mail box is open always...i told them at the beginning of my lease they didn't bother to fix it,,, i haven't received all the mails am supposed.....when i told them at the end of the lease this is the problem....they are asking me did u call again....i said donti have any other work....

They have the oldest which is not working heating module....they haven't repair it for 2 months(from jan-Feb)peak winter .....they come and say its working they dont know how it will be later and when we say that , they still dont fix....finally sent a picture took with temp 60....then put a new heating module

They dont clean the community apartments as they supposed to...all the laeves fallen from trees..but there will be lot of dry leaves on the walkways,parking lots...

The lights inside the building and outside doesn't work propery...one day they work and one day they dont.....but they dont fix .......

They put the mails outside the doors...dont know whether you get it or not....

Sound proofing is very bad....

I finally dont recommend it for anyone who wants to stay peacefully.....
