Gardencrest Apartments

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008 1 response   I had some work done the firewall and the crew left white chunks of the wall all over the place and a small hole in the wall. After they came to fix it about a week later there was plaster stuck to the floor. About 5 days ago they sent out a memo saying we were getting new water saving toilets. well so much for new, there were chips all over the seat and it was filthy. They also left all sorts of crud on the wall, where the old toilet had been, for me to clean up. Thats not even the worst part. I was going to the bathroom and when I sat up there was a huge spider on the toilet!!! I can not wait to move out, our lease is up in July.
