All I have to say is I am glad I will be moving out of here. When I first moved in to the apartment it was decent for the money. Well, things have changed in the last 3 months. The walls are very thin here and lately I been hearing people honking their horns at 2 a.m. and my neighbors yelling across the street. At night, especially on weekends, I see cop cars flying down the road which doesn't make me feel very safe.
In terms of maintenance the complex is pretty responsive. I have never had to wait more then 24 hours to get something repaired. The complaint I have is the following: A notice went out stating that there would be some maintenance done on the firewalls in the apartments. Well, at 7:30 a.m. when I was still getting ready for work (i.e. I was in my bathrobe), the management knocked on my door and barely giving me enough time to respond started opening the door! Then, when I asked him to wait 15 minutes for me to finish getting dressed and get out of their way, he became annoyed. Apparently asking them to wait was a big deal.
