We stayed here for two weeks. The staff was helpful and flexible. We were in a two bedroom apartment (the largest they have) with our two kids. The apartment furniture was very nice, and new-looking. Abundant fluffy towels, plenty of dishes, nice linens. Everything clean. Utilities were included and the wireless internet was reliable enough. The cable didn't work at all, but we're not big TV watchers and we were only there a little while, so we never bothered to notify management. Place was impeccably maintained. A serviceman came by once in the two weeks we were there to check the smoke alarm, very friendly. When we moved out we didn't have to clean or anything- they took care of everything. Drawbacks: we were on the top (3rd) floor and the building had no elevator. No laundry in unit- coin operated machines in basement meant a long trip up and down stairs with the kids to do laundry. Window A/C unit didn't do an adequate job of cooling the whole apartment, just the living room where it was located. As for the area, there's a playground with a spray park a short walk away, which was nice for me and the kids.
