I found this realtor and his staff to be extremely helpful in my apartment search. They manage numerous properties so there was a wide variety of places for me to see. They took the time to find out my likes and dislikes and tried to meet my needs in an apartment.

I rented a beautiful apartment from them and had no problems while living there and also enjoyed my neighbors in the building as well.

They have a 24 hour on call maintenance person and are there if you have any problems or concerns. I lived there for 4 years and my rent only went up once and it was a 10.00 increase.

Their policy for leases seemed pretty standard and I actually got a job transfer out of state and had to break my lease. They were extremely helpful in getting my apartment re-rented so I could get out of my lease.

I would recommend them and I would contact them immediatley if I were to move back to the area and hope they could find another apartment for me.
