The apartments here are old and the walls paper thin. You can hear all apartments around you (above, below and next door). Worse, the neighbors start banging on floors, ceilings on walls when are walking around normally without making any noise other than normal footsteps. The kitchen appliances are way old, but the do work. I guess that's what you have to put up with since the rent is reasonable.

The real problem with these apartments, is the management. We made a huge mistake in trusting that some problems would be fixed before we moved in. After we moved in, problems we had pointed out a month earlier hadn't been touched. I immediately called the office, left messages (since no one is there to answer) and didn't get a response. I had to call back multiple times to talk to someone and they told me they were going to take care of it. A month later nothing has been done. I guess we'll be stuck with these problems until we move out.
