I lived in one the their apartments for 2 years. The walls and ceilings are paper thin. So of course you hear everything. The main light in the living room died 3 months into my 24 month stay. I called to ask if they could change the bulb for me while they were doing other renovations in the house, they said they don't change bulbs. I told them the ceiling is 15 feet high and I don't know anyone with a ladder tall enough. End result-the light bulb stayed burnt out the entire time I lived there.

Windows--the windows are gorgeous and 6-8 feet tall. Let's in plenty of sunlight but they also did not close all the way. for the 2 years I lived there I was never able to close the top half all the way, so my heating bill was $400 a month in the winter. And in the summer it didn't keep in the air conditioning!

The management is a worthless cause! One night during the winter my heat shut off (and not because I didn't pay). I called and called and called the EMERGENCY line. No one came to help me until the next morning. Once there, the manager told me I was supposed to be continually checking on my water heater (like I knew that).

Additionally the second year I was there they attempted to step up the security on parking. My fiance was to stay over one night, I called to make sure he wouldn't get towed and to ask if there was a "visitor" spot. They said we have no visitor spot and if he stayed over he would just be taking his chance with getting towed or not.

And...they have a very poor plowing company they use. The company merely pushes the snow up against the backs of your cars.

When I was checking out the apartment the first time, the realtor told me it was oil heat. I called an oil company, they checked everything out and told me that basically the realtor was out of her mind. The oil heater was not hooked up at all to any apartment but that I had a water heater. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
