I am a graduate student and have lived in a studio apartment owned by Reynolds Real Estate for the last 13 months. I have had a very good experience and just renewed my lease for another year. I have to disagree with a lot of the negative comments made by other tenants. I have never had a problem with noise. I hardly ever hear any of my neighbors and have actually been impressed with how quiet the building is. While my apartment isn't spectacular, it's cute and has clearly been well-maintained. In my experience, management and maintenance have generally been responsive, considerate, and respectful of myself and other tenants. I am very pleased with my experience with Reynolds and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable, more than decent housing in Waltham.
