This place is gorgeous. The prices are reasonable, the place is brand new and I couldn't be happier. The staff is nice (if perhaps a little bit annoying and never seem to go home for the night!) and the building itself is in perfect repair, the apartments are sound-proof and the amenities cannot be beat. We have a pool room, a common area dining room and a movie theater no one seems to use. It's been a great experience and until something terrible goes wrong, I can't say anything bad about the place!

Disagree about the reasonable price, but its boston, get used to being ripped off... Otherwise I like it here.
