I've been living here for over a year now and am loving it! While the apartments may not be as "soundproof" as office staff states when showing the apartments, it is still better than other apartment communities I've lived in. The prior review claiming that other reviews written here must be written by staff is ridiculous. Every positive review I've read here is a pretty good representaion of this community. While the units are a bit pricey, you won't find another luxury apartment community in Waltham (or similarly located cities) for any less. I completely plan on renewing my lease in October and am very happy with my experience here so far!
