These apartments expensive however, they well thought out and fairly nice. Unfortunately, there are some minor problems and one major one&

The kitchen ventilation is really bad, resulting in smoke and odors getting out of hand. They didnt complete the HVAC system. The ducts do not run to all the this is half-assed! These problems are not major and can be written off.

There is a major problem though: Rodents are running in the buildings. I had heard from another tenant when we first moved in that she had mice in her apartment. I wrote is off thinking, well she is young and maybe not too tidy; this is perhaps not uncommon. BUT, the critters reached our apartment not too long afterwards. We called the office and the staff collected remains and then "mouse proofed" our apartment. Months later, we can hear them moving about and scratching the walls and ceilings during the nocturnal hours. Im sure the staff, is hoping to someday resolve this, since this is a killer for a potentially great apartment complex.
