Don't believe one word of the negative reviews. I don't think they really live here. There are no mice, the property has high quality construction, clean and well maintained. Hall ways and elevators are spotless. I have lived here since the place opened and have enjoyed every day. The staff are courteous, professional and remember my name. The maintenance staff is prompt; they even replace light bulbs. I need to move to DC and can't find an apartment complex as nice as Longview Place. I would recommend this complex to my friends!

Just because you don't see mice doesn't mean they aren't there. Take the cover off your A/C filter area and look around there - you might be surprised at what you find!

I drove there to see the property and asked one resident who was walking around about mice. She said yes there were mice in the winter but not currently.

I also lived at Longview place in 2005/2006, and had a problem with mice. I lived on the top floor and in one night, we had 4 mice!!! They were coming in from a hole in the wall behind the stove/oven. I would also hear them running around in the walls of my unit. This is unacceptable for a "luxury apartment".
