I moved in here fairly soon after it opened. At first, the complex was beautiful and worth the rent (except for the fact that the neighborhood that it is in is VERY skechy).

As time progressed, the complex has gone down hill. Other comments are correct in that animals are always defecating in the common areas. The mangement is quite uncooperative (all new mangement and leasing agents from when I first moved in), and overall, this complex is not worth the price. With the price of the rent being so high, tenants should rceive a higher level of service and facility quality.

I visited there and looks like rich Asian students invaded the place. No wonder it went downhill, ever see a chinese kitchen??

I agree with this post completely. I've been here since 2005 and between the new staff and increasing rent, had no choice but to vacate after two and a half years. There was a week where I was unable to get in the building or get my car out of the garage and there wasn't even a mention of the problem by management. It's been all downhill for the past year and a half or so...
