There has been multiple complaints about dogs barking, the type of dogs allowed and yet Longview has done nothing to publish pet policy or do much about the dogs barking, craping on the rugs or fining dog owners for. Dogs need to not allowed at all. You policy is disgrace to people who have to pay large amount of cash and put up with the BS, dogs barking. There is crap all over the lawns and the elevators smell like you know what as do rugs.
They do rent to college kids, again BS. If you want to rent here check it out, it is a pretty good place and safe but they need to get with it Not rent to college students Not allow Dogs Not rent to subsidize. Not recommend Longview Place until they correct problems.
