No hot water for 3 weeks!

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2008-01-01

Its been 3 weeks without hot water. After the first week they put a note in the elevator saying next week it will be fixed, they were waiting for a part. Well another week has passed the note is gone and no word from management. We find that unacceptable.
