i have been staying at the Long View Place for about 3 months.

Lets start with my experience.

We were asked to go and see Long View Place as it was new and affordable.

We meet with Nicole who unfortunately does not work there but, she was very ddetailed and clear about the LongView Policies.

We asked them about how safe was the location, what kind of people lived in the building and how noisy it was.

After looking at different places in Waltham we decided to put our appilcation in for Long View Place.

All those who do not have a Credit History, please do not worry although they ask for Social, they have a different way of calculating and most often than not you will get an appartment. If you have bad credit just get a co-signer.

There were couple of different lay outs and we decided to go with the Amherst lay out.

the building is wonderful, the security staff is extremely helpful and attentive, maintenance staff is extremely efficient, nice working people live here who respect your privacy, underground parking with no extra cost and top it all a safe place.

Yes they have had hot water issues but it taken care of right away... they always have some one either cleaning the carpet or washing the windows. Always striving to look the best...

I dont want to Jinx myself but i have had a wonderful expereince staying here and i highly recommend anyone looking for a place in waltham to check it out. Dont just read the reviews.. go and have a look and judge it yourself.
