They now rent to college kids and everything has gone down hill. From midnight until 3am, I have heard college kids running down the halls, banging on walls, and making the living conditions worse for everyone. The police have been called in the past due to this behavior.
To make matters worse, management is not very helpful. Their solution to being woken up at 3am is to call the cops, which doesnt do much once you are awake at 3am on a Wednesday. The facilities are nice, but I dont think they will stay that way with college kids destroying things and leaving trash everywhere.
I would NOT recommend renting at Longview and I am in the process of trying to move out. If you want to sleep at night, not have to deal with kids going 45mph through the parking lot, and would like a management office that acutally does something to help you out, Longview is not the place for you. I am not just the one guy who is pissed because I have an entire floor full of college students. I have spoken to MANY people who have complained time and time again and are very pissed about whats been going on lately.

I've noticed the same but I don't think it's quite this bad. Mgmt has posted notices, not sure what else has happened but it seems to have calmed down a bit. However, the facilities are suffering aesthetically, although I think its more than the kids. People in general are pretty inconsiderate and surprisingly destructive.
