Not much to complain about...

Years at this apartment: 2007-01-01 - 2008-01-01

nor too much to rave about.

Pros:
clean and relatively new
quiet neighborhood, but not necesarily neighbors
relatively inexpensive

Cons:
slight issues with rodents
neighbors can be noisy
walls have little sound insulation. I could hear the couple next door arguing, flushing toilets, and engaging in nocturnal activities.

Overall, good place to live with minor issues.
