spacious and quiet with considerate tenents.
WHY there are no elevators is a mystery...(hard for ur aging parents to get up to the third floor to visit) office staff always pleasant and helpful.very convienient...some traffic noise from the VERY BUSY lexington street below...especially fire and police sirens..
all in all a good place to live...the cost a bit high but worth it.The high ceilings creates a large volume room that tends to raise the heating and cooling costs.Washing machine and dryer in the apt very nice to have!
