I got a ground floor apartment facing back and it has been very quiet here since I moved in - no neighbor noises. The dish washer is very loud and I am not sure it works correctly. Don't know if they would replace it. plenty of parking available always. Office staff very courteous and professional. Compared to the dump called Avalon (which is high priced because it is in Lexington) this place is so much better.
