Not the worst place to live, but...

This is definitely over-priced. The office staff is friendly and helpful enough (some points there), but with a few notable exceptions the maintenance staff are brusque and largely uninterested in your schedule.
When we moved in we found the floor very scraped up, only one of the upstairs doors actually able to shut, old caulking constantly crumbling into our shower drain and a leaky roof in several places. Add the ants in the summer, the frozen pipes in the winter and the all-night long college student parties that rage in the summer just about all around us (with plenty of broken bottles on the walkway the next mornings), and I just can't believe what I'm paying for all this. Oh - and the laundromats are medieval, with frequent machine breakdowns and dryers that require two or three cycles (at $1.50 a shot) to dry a medium-sized load.
