Not worth the money but not that bad if they would lower the rent

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
I have not had that many promblems with this place but when my lease is up I will be leaving and I can't wait til that day because it is a parking nightmare in here after about 7p.m. there are no parking spots. maitenance is pretty good about fixing things but the office forget about it they don't care anything about the tenants it is all about money with these people. I wanted to relocate and they were not helpful at all if you want to relocate to another apartment that would be more convenant like with less stairs. The office will not relocate you unless you cough up an extra $200 to $300 dollars.
