I found out about this site from a friend and decided to check out what it had to say about Waltham and was surprised to read so many bad reviews regarding the Waltham Village since I have not had any problems with reckless drivers, pests or rodents or even loud neighbors. While the village is fairly large and some of the units are older and have not yet been renovated, I currently live in one of the renovated units and have not had any of the stated issues.

I can only say good things about the place. The Alewife Shuttle service takes me right to the red line, the gym is being renovated and retrofitted with newer equipment that will only add to the convenience of the Village and the surrounding area and its close proximity to Boston, Rt 2 and 95. The washer and dryer in the unit top it off to being a great unit!
