The community has much to be desired

The parking situation is terrible. There are too few spots and in the winter, there are even fewer due to the snow piles. It takes a long, long time getting the parking lot plowed when it snows, so it makes getting to work on time difficult and dangerous.
My experiences with the management makes me think, they really don't care about the residents. They just want to get their empty apartments rented out. They are not concerned about residents' quality of life at the community and often do not resolve issues of their residents. I am very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the management. It can be very frustrating tyring to get them to call you back or resolve issues. In addition, after speaking with other residents we found management is very sketchy about charging very different rent for the same size renovated apartments!

I just wanted to comment on your comment about "In addition, after speaking with other residents we found management is very sketchy about charging very different rent for the same size renovated apartments!" You hit the nail on the head with that one!! When we went to the rental office they 'sized us up' as far as asking us what we wanted to spend every month for rent and then wanted to put us in the MOST EXPENSIVE apartment (within our budget) even though they had other units for less money!! We didn't care about the 'pond view' we said we wanted what ever was cheapest!!! They must get a comission! Also, we found out that had we waited one more month our rent would have been $100 less!! We were in no rush to move so had she explained that their prices drop we would have waited. |
