This is one mistake I wish I could have avoided...

1) Parking is horrible
2) Noisy neighbors. Hope you like to stay up until 3 or 4 am in the morning listening to college parties.
3) If you live on the top of the hill, be prepared to turn your car into a sled during the winter...
4) Laundry facilities have outdated models.
5) The swish of pipes/bathroom draining every 10 minutes.
6) The heating system coming on every 10 mintues will drown out you hearing tv or if your on the phone - forget it. Well, at least you won't hear the parties.
7)Bugs everywhere
8)There always seems to be construction/traffic within the community..Wait until you get out into the street to be greeted by more traffic.
9)Noises in the middle of the night. Your neighbors sound like they are walking around in your apartment.
10) Kids stealing mail from the mailboxes.
11) Don't even think about getting out of your contract unless you want to pay hefty penalties.

I can't put that into better words myself!!!! You should also add that they now charge 200 dollars to use the gym!!!

The gym was free when I lived there, but it was the old one. The pool fee, however, was $150. I thought that was way too high. I agree with everything else on the review!

i also agree! why do they keep raising the rent, and taking away amenities?
