I lived at Windsor for 2 years in a new 2 bedroom and had no major problems. I worked in Boston and the shuttle was convienient to Alewife. I really enjoyed my patio - one of the only places we were allowed to bbq. The only issue was that they tow everynight - but give out guest passes. If you follow the rules you'll be fine.
