For the price its worth the money, especially compared to others in Waltham/Lexington. Parking is tight in the front buildings but I lived near the top of the property and didn't have a problem. If you have guests visiting at night-get a visitor pass or you'll pay the price (they do tow cars without passes, no graces given).
We've lived in several apts in area and liked the townhouse style here the best. We bought a house and we were able to extend for an additional month when our closing got pushed. It worked for me and my family.
