worst place ever!!!! rude, noisy, etc

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I wanted to find some place quiet so
the management put me by their office.
3 months later, they started to build a
massive amenity center and drilled from
6am to sunset everyday for a year.
No one told me that construction would start
right after I moved in. I started to complain
but the management said we could move on
our expenses. They would not let us break our lease. Also, parties are an issue.
Be sure to go away for any holiday, loud college parties go on for days. The walls are very thin. You can hear neighbors using the
bathroom even with the TV on. You should always call the police and file a report
or the management won't even listen. And,
even when you show them the report they just
send a letter to the noisy tenants saying
please be quiet. After the noisy tenants moved out, they put another set of even more noisy tenants to fill their place. All this place cares about is filling vacant space.
The one beds are about the same price as
the two beds. The apartment can be the same
size, yet they require more pay of some...
Do not move here.
