1. Parking is always a problem at night no matter what the rental office said. (Before renting, try driving around at night especially on weekdays)

2. There is pest problem in this place. The two years I've lived here, I've seen mice multiple times. (both classic AND renovated ones)

3. Rental office people are SO fake. They were overly nice to us when we were trying to rent, and also trash-talked the people that posted on this site when we brought up their bad rating from this site.

4. They jacked up the price so high from one year to the next. The only reason I stayed for two years was because they offered us a discount when I moved to a 3 bdroom apt and I did not have time to find other apartments.

5. Snow removal is slow and they never completely clean the pathway between apartments leaving ice for people to fall when they walk to and from their apartments.

6. There is always a broken light on the pathway to our apartment that my guests would trip every time they visit us because they are unfamiliar with the place. After sending three or four requests to lighten the area, they never acted once, and the light have since broken again.

I currently live at Windsor - and have since 2004 - I live in one of the renovated townhouses and love it. Parking is tight in some places - but I've never had any problems finding a space near my apartment. I have never had any problems with pests - but I also keep a clean apartment. My rent has increased year over year, but the office staff has always worked with me to keep the increases reasonable. The maintenance team is great - they usually take care of any problems within 2 days. There are 2 sides to every story - and i hate seeing postings like this because it gives the wrong impression of my home!

1. First OF ALL!!!!, we KEEP a CLEAN apartment. We vacuum, do our laundry, wash our dishes, throw away our trash. Even if you keep a clean apartment, our neighbor has mounting trash bags. That does NOT mean that Windsor is NOT at fault. If you designed a place with such close proximity, you have to take into account that this could be a potential problem. It is a matter of PUBLIC health and the fact that they are not concerned in resolving these issues and in the residents' wellbeing are very alarming. They DEFINITELY know about it, as we have reported many times, there are many postings from site (and they know about this site for sure). The only lame response we got is some mouse traps that were installed (We can do that OURSELVES!!!) and they did not bother checking to see whether the mice were caught. 2. The reason I said they know about this site is because we brought it up to them before we rented, and they denied ever receiving complaints about mice and parking. ALSO, they mentioned people that posted at this site have posted more than once, hence the rating here is bogus. How the heck do they know about that? Hack their way to the internet? You dont happen to work for the leasing office do you? Because your quick response is highly suspicious. 3. We could do this all day! we got lots of qualms about this place.

There is a reason that this apartment complex has such a low recommended by percentage.... Do your homework before moving in. The people in the rental office are Sales People and will tell you what they think you want to hear.
