My husband and I are moving out at the end of the month. Out experience here has been mixed. The maintenance staff are helpful, but often take dome time to get things done. When the power goes out, (Which is often) we are told by the on call staff to contact NStar directly, which is a pin because our phones are out too. For the amount of money we pay, they should do a lot more for us. Right now we have enormous ants in our very clean bathroom, which doesn't make a lot of sense. I don't think the proces are reasonable. The parking is usually fine where I live, especially that they've been better baout towing people without a pass. The office staff have been flexible about letting us extend out lease.
