Windsor Village

I've lived at Windsor now for a few years, and I really do feel they are slipping.

When we moved in, the maintenance people seemed pretty responsive, and the sales people were nice. The grounds seemed well kept, and when it snowed, they did a decent job of getting things cleared.

However, more recently, things just have not been great. Snow removal this past winter was very hit or miss. Maintenance response has been abysmal. I'm not even going to say what exactly, because I'm sure it would make me identifiable to the staff given how insane it was, but I'm just going to say that there was one incident that had me seriously considering moving out, right then and there.

I will say that, more recently, there was a week of extremely heavy rain that, from what I heard from the maintenance guy who came by, resulted in quite a lot of water damage to various apartments. This might be OK if not for the fact that as of right now, this is still unfixed, and the last word is that by the time it gets fixed, the damage will have been present for 5 weeks. 5 weeks to get maintenance to come and fix pretty nasty water damage is ridiculous.

I won't even get into the fact that they've become complete parking nazis. Look, I understand that there are only so many spots, but I have never come home and not been able to find a spot. Despite this, towing starts at something like 9PM these days. God forbid you want to have friends over for dinner, given their two parking passes per unit policy.

Honestly, I would not recommend Windsor at this point. In the first year I was here, I probably would have, but it's gotten to the point where I'm just waiting to be out of here.
