Not worth it - bad management

When I first moved in there was a leak coming from my utility closet - that was locked so I couldn't get in. This unit was completly renovated so I wouldn't have expected any problems! It ended up that over half of my carpet and pad were torn up to fix the water damage, and I was left with blowers in my until for over a week to dry up the mess. I couldn't accept delivery of any of my belongings because you couldn't get around in the unit. Snow removal in the winter is bad... they don't shovel your walk way, or they do 3 days after the snow has fallen. The workout room is gross. There is one one or anything to clean the equipment with. The pool always has kids in it, so laps are out. I have never seen the pool get cleaned either. Parking is a mess. They say they will tow after 10 pm, but they never did. It is a college student complex with loud parties and girl/boyfriends over all the time (hense no parking). I would avoid this place at all costs. They are all smiles at the start, but then when it comes to getting you stuff after you sign, they drag their feet. Did I mention that the units aren't indvidual... if your neighbors smoke the smoke comes into your unit! Also you can hear everything... even people having sex next door... yuck!
