I have lived at Windsor Village for the past 3 years and am surprised by many of the posted comments. I have had a great experience at Windsor Village as my apartment is very quiet and well maintained. The maintenance team tends to my service requests quickly and the management team does a great job following up.
The Waltham police patrolling the property numerous times throughout the day.
I have heard parking can be difficult on parts of the property, however, I have never had difficulty finding a parking space.
Ignore the negative feedback about Windsor Village! It is a great place to live.
